Check this out! Recent stats shows that traffic doubled in the last year on the main RealBird web services. Thanks RealBird members, it could not have happened without you !
RealBird Single Property Websites
Includes direct property website views and views on the RealBird listing widgets.
RealBird Property Search full screen, embed and map-based search
Since we just released the Map-based Search version in February 2010, we don’t have a YOY comparison for that channel so the chart below shows the aggregated traffic of the tabular, full featured embed version, the map-based search version and also the referrals via RSS, Google and other search engines.
RealBird Property Search sidebar widget
Usage pattern is completely different on the sidebar widget version of the RealBird Property Search because it is always used embedded in blogs and websites sidebar. So the traffic is broken out for this channel and represents the aggregated growth of deployments on real estate blogs and websites.
RealBird.com – Public site and member area
This chart represents the growth in traffic to RealBird.com and also tracks the RealBird Member area.
Here are some additional stats
Number of properties listed between Jan-July 2010: 13,829 (first 6 month of 2010)
Total value of properties listed between Jan-July 2010 period
(excluding rentals, based on list price): $2,013,810,224,567 (first 6 month of 2010)
That’s over $2 Billion worth of real estate listed in 6 month. Amazing ! Thanks for using RealBird !

this traffic is due to one thing, the amazing and rich services you provide your clients including customer service, community outreach. You have really built an extremely well implemented and useful product for your members and show them how to use it in innovative and productive ways, making them look like superstars.
Thanks Janie. Great growth indeed. And no sign of slowing down 🙂
