The RealBird Open House Sign-in Form now includes an extra field required in many real estate markets. Visitors at your open house can now optionally disclose whether they are currently working with an agent. Both your email and Lead API notifications will include this information, allowing you to tag leads accordingly and follow up in compliance with local regulations. This update is automatic—no action is needed on your part; simply use the RealBird Open House Sign-in Form at your tours as usual.
