However, if your marketing material takes time to produce and is costly (e.g., signs, banners, sign riders), you need a solution that creates a reusable, dynamic QR code for your real estate content, such as listing sites, landing pages, market update videos, etc.

How to create dynamic QR codes with RealBird?

With RealBird, you can create unlimited short, redirect links that can be used to set up the reusable QR codes. Here’s how:

• Sign in/Sign up at RealBird.com (1–3 minutes) Visit RealBird.com
• Click the “Add‑ons & Tools” section in the menu and set up a new RealBird Short Link. Simply enter the current destination URL you want to redirect to, select Dynamic QR Code as the type, and add an optional note for future reference (<1 minute)
• Click the “Create Dynamic QR Code” button (<1 minute)
• In the QR Code Studio, customize the design of the QR code. Leave the pre-populated destination link as-is, using the recently set-up short link. Download and use this QR code on marketing surfaces (e.g., signs, sign riders, etc.) (1–3 minutes)
• In the future, simply update the destination of the short link created with the RealBird Short Links add-on in step 2 to change where people scanning this dynamic QR code will be redirected (<1 minute)

How much does it cost?

The dynamic QR codes are available as a free add‑on for both RealBird Free and RealBird PRO members. Please note that RealBird services are available only to licensed real estate brokers, agents, and property management firms.
