Our mid-September product update are out. There are many more features under development, so stay tuned, some major updates are on their way. We will also elaborate on many of these features with tutorials and how-to guides but here is a quick summary for now:
Listing Syndication beyond Zillow and Trulia
As you know, Zillow and Trulia do not take for-sale properties from independent vendors like us since 2017, but they still take rental listings from RealBird There are also many less known portals with huge monthly traffic, like Zumper, ApartmentGuide for rentals and Mitula Group including Mitula and Trovit which also take for-sale properties and have over 6 million monthly visitors. So the value of using RealBird for listing syndication (both for rentals and resale properties) is still huge, post Zillow era.
BUT THAT’S NOT ALL!
The Mitula Group of portals also allow feed providers like RealBird to boost for-sale listings (i.e. your listings) in their search results. We have been sponsoring the RealBird feed with paid campaigns on Trovit and we’ve just started to do the same on Mitula. We run a campaign that boosts all of the listings in RealBird on these portals and we are running twice a month specials for certain areas. The spotlight is on New Jersey this month.So in short, all of the RealBird listings are also paid ads on these portals with 6M+ visitors and it doesn’t cost you a dime. We pick up the bill. Live chat app for your property sites to engage with visitors, while on-the-go
RealBird now fully supports our favorite live chat tool, PureChat. You can quickly add the widget code to RealBird and all past and future listing websites will have live chat integrated. You can download their app to your phone and chat with prospects on-the-go. Make sure you tell your sellers that you are also accessible for mobile real-time communication with online prospects. - Add it to RealBird (login required). Make sure you use the second button titled “Save chat settings AND apply to all existing listings” to add to all previous listings
- Download the PureChat app and enable notification.

New Jersey MLS board supports the RealBird virtual tours
Speaking of New Jersey, we also launched a new unbranded version of the RealBird virtual tours, specifically tailored to NJ’s Garden State MLS.
