We started a new sweepstake a few days ago. The prize is a brand new Apple iPad. Drawing date is April 30, 2010

The rules are simple:

3. Each member who joins via your referral links is tracked and counted as one entry in the sweepstakes. The more you invite, the higher chances you have to win.
4. Referral points never expire. Many of you invited other RealBird members in the past and all those reward points will be counted towards the prize and listed in your member area and will be available for future sweepstakes as well.

You can now create a slideshow video with only a few clicks using Animoto‘s amazing technology and share those videos on your social networks and on YouTube. YouTube videos are getting better and better SEO and with this new tool you can tap into this new stream of exposure. Make sure your current and future sellers know that you are using YouTube also for marketing their property. They will be surely impressed.

Add icons and links of your Zillow, Trulia, YouTube and LinkedIn profile to your RealBird listing websites and property search

We have also extended the social network profile library that shows up on your listing websites and property search. You can now add your Twitter, Facebook, ActiveRain, YouTube, MyBlogLog, LinkedIn, Trulia and Zillow links to your RealBird profile and we will automatically show the related icons and links.
