Beatiful new printable real estate flyers are now available for all of your listings as a free add-on to RealBird PRO.
These are large photo and QR code centric flyer options that should work for most brokerages and these are automatically created for all of your listings on RealBird. As always, there are some cool tricks up the sleeve. You can change where the QR code points to easily and print various versions for various marketing segments, providing full details or leading to a lead capture landing page or any other page for that matter.
This particular example of Janie Coffey‘s listing shows a QR code version that links to her RealBird Coming Soon landing page to demonstrate all the various options you’ll have automatically available. You can of course print a version that links to the full RealBird property website as well.
Here are some of the amazingly simple, but super powerful features:
- These are auto-generated for all of your listings that you enter on RealBird. The same simple few minute process that it takes to publish your listing for syndication and property websites will create you these printable flyers
- You can print as many as you wish or create a PDF and send it to your print shop
- Both landscape and portrait version prints very nicely
- You can decide to show property info, like price etc. or hide them, or try both versions, with unlimited printing you can mix and match and see which one works best for your listing
- You can point the QR code to a landing page for “squeeze” lead capturing or to the full property details. You can even link the QR code to other 3rd party content, like your Matterport or YouTube tour. Mix and match these options to see what works for your listings
