We are glad to announce that our first two luxury real estate portals were released yesterday.
LuxuryMonterey.com is a service of John Saar Company, a prestigious Monterey area real estate brokerage. The portal shows a daily updated list of luxury real estate properties for sale in Monterey and Santa Cruz county (California).
LuxurySiliconValley.com is a service of Intero Real Estate Services and it focuses on the Silicon Valley market. The site provides instant access to multi-million dollar homes and condos for sale in Santa Clara county (California). Users can easily navigate, preview thumbnails and prices on the map and see full property details of the luxury homes on Intero’s website.
These services are powered by our map-based property search technology.
Common to all of these luxury sites are unique features such as full screen map interface, which can be used in kiosk settings or the RSS based notification service (“Watch this Map”), which enables consumers to subscribe to an RSS feed of a particular map extent and receive daily notification of just listed luxury properties.
We are not finished just yet ! We are working with other premier brokerages already to provide similar services on other, hot luxury markets. Stay tuned for more releases in the next couple of weeks and of course feedback and comments are welcome.
